01Welcome

• Saying hi, asking questions, flirting politely, being curious about someone's day or country.
• Keeping the camera off until you feel like turning it on.
• Pressing Next when it is not working. Nobody is owed a long chat.

02Not allowed

• Nudity, sexual acts or explicit content on camera, in voice or in text.
• Anyone under 18 on screen or using the service.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech or pressuring someone after they said no.
• Asking for money, gifts outside the site, card details or off-site payments.
• Recording, screenshotting or sharing another person without their consent.
• Spam, advertising, links to other services and fake profiles.

03What you can do

Next ends a chat at once. Block puts that account on your block list. Report sends the account and your reasons to our team so we can act. The safety page explains when to use which.

04What we do

Depending on what happened, we warn, limit, suspend or remove the account. Serious cases, such as anything involving a minor, are passed to the relevant authorities.
