01What we collect

• Device and session data: a guest identifier, browser type, rough location from your IP address, language and time zone. We need these to match you and to keep the service running.
• Account data, only if you sign in later: the login identifier you choose and the profile details you add yourself.
• Chat content in transit: video, audio and text pass through our servers and partners so the other person can receive them. Text messages you send may be stored so the conversation appears again in your message list.
• Payment records: when you buy coins or VIP, the payment provider handles your card details; we receive the order, amount and status, never the full card number.
• Reports and safety signals: what you send when you report someone, and records of blocks and reports linked to an account.

02Why we use it

• To pair you with someone online, run the call and deliver messages, including optional translation of text messages.
• To credit coins and VIP and keep a record of purchases.
• To investigate reports, limit abuse and enforce the Community Guidelines.
• To keep the service working: error logs, fraud checks and basic usage counts.

03Who else handles it

Hosting, real-time media, payment and translation partners process data for us under contract and only for the purposes above. Personal data is never sold. We share information with authorities when the law requires it or when someone is at risk of serious harm.

04How long we keep it

Session and log data are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Safety records linked to a report or ban can be kept longer so the same person cannot simply return.

05Your choices

• You can use the site as a guest and never add personal details to a profile.
• You can switch the camera or microphone off in your browser at any time.
• You can ask for a copy of your account data, a correction or deletion by writing to [email protected] from the account in question.
• Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to some processing or complain to a data protection authority.

06Age

GirlCamChat is only for people aged 18 and over. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we close it and delete its data.

07Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the main differences are noted here.
