01Who can use GirlCamChat

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use this kind of service where you live. You use it on your own behalf, not for a business, and not to promote anything.

02What the service is

GirlCamChat connects two people at a time by video, voice or text. Random matching pairs you with whoever is available; the list of people online lets you call someone directly. Matching is random and we do not promise who you will meet, how long a chat lasts or that anyone will reply.

03Free start, coins and VIP

• New users get some free matches, and the Reward Center on the match page can add more after time spent online. The amounts are set by the service and can change.
• Coins and VIP are digital items bought through the site's own payment screen. You see the price on that screen first.
• Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another person and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Refund requests go to [email protected] and are handled under the payment provider's rules and the law that applies to you.

04Your conduct

Follow the Community Guidelines. In short: no nudity or sexual acts on camera, no harassment, no hate, no scams, no recording or sharing other people without consent, and nobody under 18 on screen.

05Ending accounts

We can limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk or is used for fraud. If an account is closed for a serious breach, coins left on it may be lost. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

06Liability

The service is provided as it is. People you meet are not our employees and we cannot control what they say or do. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the conduct of other users.

07Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Contact: [email protected].
